After a gap of more than three years from their last advertisement, Plaza Gardens returns to Cairo’s OOH platforms with a campaign for Rhodes New Capital. The project is one of the major ones in the New Administrative Capital, with a wide area and a diverse range of housing units. It provides a broad array of premium services, such as commercial areas, international schools, nurseries, sports fields, public gardens, halls, and more.
Shades of blue strike Cairo’s billboards, all the way from navy to sky blue. The ad copy “Turning fantasy into reality” grips audiences with its pretty typography, accompanied by the logo. The outdoors campaign announces the launch of “Now Phase 3” with 10% down payment in installments over 10 years, over a picturesque scene inside the compound with folks biking and strolling down the promenade. The view of well-paved streets and spectacular buildings imply a quality life in Rhodes New Capital.
