Egyptian-Emirati Real Estate developer Emaar prepares the launch of the new twin homes phase “Gardens” at Mivida compound. The new development at Emaar’s Californian eco-friendly community will offer upscale twin homes surrounded by lavish greenery and ample outdoor space. The ads showcase photos of the units and the vast green areas, with ad copy that reads “The final twin homes village”. Launched during the last week of September, the campaign uses uni-poles, double-decker poles, mega-signs, and billboards in many locations across Greater Cairo.
