Egyptian Real Estate developer Tatweer Misr launches new OOH campaign to announce their second project on the coast, Fouka Bay. Different from their first development Il Monte Galala in Ain Sokhna, Fouka Bay enjoys a prime location at Ras El Hekma on the North Coast. With the slogan “Everyhome is a waterfront home”, the ads just offer the name and ad copy in white font over an orange-pinkish creamed background – a very summer-like feel! Designed by Italian architects, the project offers idyllic beach life-style all year-round. The outdoor campaign uses double-decker poles, special sets, and Large and X-Large uni-poles across the city.
