Just in time for the summer, Egyptian developer Maxim Real Estate Investment (MREI) launches a multi-project OOH campaign to advertise both Bo developments in Sidi Abdelrahman Bay.
With the slogan “Breaking the norms of luxury”, Maxim promotes Bo Sands and Bo Islands, two premium holiday concepts in the heart of the North Coast. Designed by international Spanish architecture firm HCP, and inspired by a Bohemian sensibility, the projects offer waterfront homes, crystal clear lagoons, commercial areas, hotels, and even an eco-friendly tram service.
The ads showcase several summer activities, with a variety of messages that reinforce the concepts of leisure, summer, and luxury, as well as the emphasis on the crystal-clear waters of the lagoons, canals and islands of the projects.
The campaign uses Large and X-Large uni-poles, Double-decker poles, Serials of Gates, and Lightboxes in selected locations across the Greater Cairo.
