The Community Development Authority (CDA) powered by the Government of Dubai, has risen up the billboards with a fully digital out-of-home advertising campaign to hearten the people and highlight its all-time faithfulness and dedication to guarantee a quality life for whole citizens. The campaign has shown up to reflect its virtue and values with the new empowering slogan Transforming Lives Together, to bring visuals that capture all demographics with some cheerful portraits to convey its true devotion towards everyone, assuring goodness for People of determination, senior citizens, family, children & youth. CDA is renowned with its endeavor for keeping a happy and successful society with its vast social services, human rights consideration and awareness, in addition to volunteering support and activities. The campaign was seen in the second week of December, landing on digital billboards by Meraas in Jumeirah Street and Al Safa Street at City Walk, Dubai.
