Real Estate developer Al-Dawlia can still be seen on the billboards of Greater Cairo with their OOH campaign for Regent’s Park project. Inspired by London’s iconic Regent’s Park, the homonyms project in New Cairo aims at becoming a luxury and family-oriented residential compound. The artwork of the campaign follows that direction, and the ads showcase a diversity of images from happy families practicing sports outdoors, to individuals chilling in lavish green areas. The ad copy includes the name of the project and the payment conditions. With uni-poles and lightboxes, the campaign was launched several weeks ago, but is limited in reach and suffers from low visibility in the chosen locations.
