After appearing in the Top 20 Campaigns for several consecutive months; Porto Group has released a new outdoor advertising campaign to bring back Golf Porto Cairo in Mostakbal City to the OOH scene, telling the billboards viewers more about their project with its payment plan. The real estate tycoon is making sure their ROI only goes up, that’s why they are using transactional marketing strategy with the same template design used in their previous launching campaign. This time the ad copy is different to illustrate more details about the project’s payment plan, adding “El Mostakbal City”, “Your apartment’s view”. The bottom side is reserved for their logo and hotline as a CTA. The campaign was launched during the last week of December and can be seen on uni-poles, double-decker poles and billboards in various locations across Greater Cairo.
