The real estate developer is providing a promotional outdoor campaign with lots of visuals that summarize their offer, “8 years installments”, “25% off on cash” and “0% down payment” just to lighting up your December, according to the ad copy. The visuals are unique and elegant with dark backgrounds and shots from the residential project to show credibility. The campaign surfaced during the first week of December, using double-decker poles, uni-poles and a butterfly double-decker in different prime locations to spread their huge campaign wisely over different districts of Greater Cairo.
