Real estate shark and leading developer Palm Hills Developments is celebrating 20 years of developing on the billboards of Cairo with a new anniversary outdoor advertising campaign to share their success story with everyone, just after their OOH campaign for Badya. The anniversary campaign is using the storytelling technic to involve everyone in the past 20 years of Palm Hills; “20 years building on”, “20 years of giving back”, “20 years of growing families” while the right side of the visuals says several achievements of theirs in numbers such as “9 global award winner” and more according to their ad copy. As for the visuals, it contain many bright colors with a simple yet edgy design that leaves more room for the ad copy to grab the attention. With a huge media plan, the campaign was spotted during the third week of October, using billboards, mega-signs, a serial of uni-poles and a combination of uni-poles and double-decker poles in various locations across Greater Cairo.
