After being away from the OOH scene for more than a year since their previous campaign, Egyptian real estate developer ARDIC Developments finally returns to the billboards of Cairo, bringing back their full integrated planned city, Zizinia El Mostakbal that is located in Mostakbal City in New Cairo. The visuals use a 3D image of their modern looking home units, and another one shows the cool view from a roof top; with an ad copy that has a thrilling message to viewers “The hard equation has been solved”, giving buyers “The best payment facilities” with full details under it. The logos of the advertiser, project and Mostakbal City, as well as their hotline for further information. The campaign was seen during the second week of July, on double-decker poles and mega signs in different locations across Greater Cairo.
