First Group Developments will deliver Kazan Plaza in 2020

After launching the first phase of Kenz Compound on an OOH campaign last March, real estate developer First Group Developments is back to the roads of Cairo with a new outdoor campaign, promoting one of their real estate projects Kazan Plaza in the heart of 6th of October, El Sheikh Zayed.

As one of the newest architectural landmark for business, entertainment, dining, and medical services, Kazan’s visuals have a background of mixed colors that goes together well, and a guy in a suit during his working hours to reflect the business part of the project, announcing that the project has “Offices” that are “Facing Mall of Arabia” and “Fully furnished” with a “Delivery 2020”. Another visual has the same layout and different colors, featuring a female doctor that represents the “Clinics” there. The bottom space has the advertiser’s logo and hotline, while the project’s logo lies on the upper side of the ad.

Appearing during the second week of July, the campaign uses uni-poles and mega-signs in various locations across Greater Cairo.
