Following their recent campaign to introduce V Residences by Villette, leading real estate developer SODIC upgrades to announce a new payment plan, exclusively in Ramadan with an OOH campaign.
The visuals use similar images as their previous campaign, just changing the male model to a female model while showing the same building model; the ad copy is also the same as the last one, displaying the project's slogan "Contemporary elegance", informing viewers that they have "Fully-finished homes" while featuring the name of the project plus its location "V Residences - Villette - New Cairo". Parallel to it, other visuals that are decorated with ornaments to attract viewers’ attention; as for the ad copy, it introduces their payment plan that is only “Exclusive during Ramadan”, the numbers that are shown include Islamic patterns. However, there is nothing in the ad that connects it with V Residences by Villette even though they are using the project’s visuals. The advertiser’s logo appears at the top left corner, and the bottom space is reserved for the hotline.
The campaign started during the third week of May, using uni-poles in different locations across Greater Cairo.
