After announcing the launch of an upcoming phase of Healthpark, leading Qatari-Egyptian real estate developer NEWGIZA returns to the OOH scene to announce the launch of phase II of their residential project KINGSRANGE along with its multi-phases.
The visuals display conceptual shots of the project, showing green golf courses and blue skies; the ad copy informs viewers “Introducing KINGSRANGE phase II” written in different fonts, as for the bottom space it is reserved for the advertiser’s logo and hotline for more inquiries.
Parallel to it, they introduce the vast range of sub-phases within the project such as Kings Island phase I and Kings Cliff phase I. The visuals of Kings Island’s ad differ from the tropical ones in Kings Range, it is more desert like with the pyramids at the background, emphasizing that the project is still under construction and that residents in Kings Island will get a view of the great pyramids. As for the launching of Kings Cliff, the visuals show nothing different of KINGSRANGE just different perspective; the ad copy introduces to viewers “Introducing Kings Cliff phase I”.
The campaign surfaced during the third week of May, using uni-poles, double-decker poles and billboards in several locations across Greater Cairo.
