Shopping hub Mall of Arabia in 6th of October City has joined the season sales of Black Friday with a new outdoor campaign. With a comic superhero dressed in black and yellow, the mall invites viewers to “Catch gom’aa on Friday”, playing with a mix of English and Arabic. The visuals overshadow the logo of the mall, which is too small and makes it difficult for commuters to guess where the promotion is supposed to be. The campaign started after mid-November and can be seen on uni-poles, double-decker poles and mega signs on various locations across Greater Cairo.
