Aldar Frames Al Ghadeer Parks Around Life Beyond the Home in the UAE
Aldar’s latest Dubai outdoor advertising campaign introduces Al Ghadeer Parks with an invitation to “Live Where Life Connects.” Appearing in the fourth week of September, the roadside hoarding brings the community’s promise of family life, shared experiences and connected living to audiences travelling through the emirate.
Situated along the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border, the residential development has a geographical proposition that speaks to people considering life between the two emirates. The campaign builds on that positioning, presenting connection through the relationships and everyday moments that help turn a residential address into a community.
Al Ghadeer Parks Makes Its Roadside Introduction
Following their previous OOH campaign, Aldar returns with an execution that uses the length of a roadside hoarding to introduce both a lifestyle and the homes associated with it.
The expansive format gives the campaign space to unfold across connected sections. Lifestyle photography establishes the atmosphere, townhouse imagery introduces the residential offering, and the Al Ghadeer Parks identity ties the communication to a specific destination.
For passing audiences, these elements provide several points of recognition. The project name introduces the community, the tagline expresses its central promise, and Aldar’s corporate branding identifies the developer behind it. English and Arabic branding support the campaign’s relevance within Dubai’s diverse outdoor advertising environment.
“Live Where Life Connects” Takes Shape
The campaign’s lead scene features three figures running across a desert landscape at sunset, carrying kites beneath an open sky. Traditional clothing and the surrounding dunes give the image a recognisable local context, connecting the development’s message with family, play and a sense of belonging.
A separate section presents contemporary townhouses with landscaped entrances and private driveways. Together, the images give the roadside introduction a clear progression, moving from the experiences associated with the community to the homes that form it.
Warm colours and a continuous pink and purple border connect the hoarding’s sections. This consistency helps the different images read as a single campaign across the extended outdoor surface, while the concise tagline gives audiences a message to associate with Al Ghadeer Parks.
Connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi Through Community Living
The development’s position along the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border adds practical context to its outdoor presence. Advertising in Dubai introduces Al Ghadeer Parks to audiences who may be considering a home between the emirates, bringing its location into the wider conversation around residential choice.
Aldar also gives “connection” a social dimension through the community’s planned amenities. Swimming pools, shaded walkways, play areas, event lawns and recreational facilities support the everyday encounters suggested by the campaign, from time outdoors with family to activities shared with neighbours.
This gives the OOH message a role beyond introducing an address. It presents the reasons prospective residents might begin exploring the development, using a familiar family scene to make the community proposition accessible within a brief roadside encounter.
The September rollout places Al Ghadeer Parks in public view through a format that accommodates both its identity and its residential offering. At the heart of that proposition is a defined community of 453 villas and townhouses, planned along the border connecting Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
