Qore Developments gives its West Cairo outdoor presence a destination with Maydan, a project in 6th of October City offering retail, offices and clinics. Running across static billboards and digital screens, the campaign introduces the name through oversized bilingual typography, contrasting colour combinations and the line “Paths & Purposes.” The shift is significant: audiences now have a project, location and property categories to associate with Qore.

The rollout follows Qore’s brand campaign, built around “Everything builds from the center.” That introduction prioritised the developer’s identity through restrained, predominantly monochrome creative. Maydan advances the story by giving the corporate positioning a named project, while “A Project By Qore” keeps the connection explicit.

A Project Name That Leads the Layout

Maydan dominates the lower section of both supplied executions, with the Arabic name occupying most of the width and the English version positioned alongside it. “6 OCTOBER CITY” provides the geographic reference within the same panel.

This is a useful hierarchy for a project introduction. The most prominent information answers what the destination is called; the location helps viewers place it geographically. Retail, offices and clinics appear in smaller type near hotline 15961, adding commercial context for those who have time to read further.

The layout therefore supports different depths of attention. A brief encounter can register the name, while a longer look reveals the uses and enquiry route.

“Paths & Purposes” Connects People with Place

The campaign’s photography shows people within architectural settings, including a blurred, colourful scene and a quieter silhouette beside windows. These images suggest activity and movement, giving the positioning line a visual counterpart.

“Paths & Purposes” can be read as a connection between people moving through a destination and the different reasons they visit. Retail, offices and clinics make that interpretation relevant: shopping, working and attending appointments bring distinct needs into the same project proposition.

The photography leaves room for that range of uses. It presents an atmosphere rather than attempting to explain every component through separate property renders. For marketers, the trade-off is clear: stronger emphasis on identity and experience, with detailed product information deferred to enquiry.

Colour Changes Within a Consistent Structure

One execution combines a dark green background with pale green lettering and vivid interior photography. Another pairs deep red panels with orange typography and more subdued imagery.

The structure remains recognisable across both. An upper-left panel carries the tagline and hotline, photography occupies the upper and left sections, and the project name anchors the bottom. Thin dividing lines hold these elements together.

That consistency matters across static and digital placements. The campaign has a visual structure that can accommodate different images and palettes while preserving the information hierarchy.

West Cairo Gives the Message Geographic Relevance

The West Cairo rollout aligns the media presence with Maydan’s advertised 6th of October location. It puts the project message within the area it names, although placement alone cannot establish who saw the campaign or whether enquiries increased.

Qore’s strategic progression is the more defensible takeaway. The earlier advertising introduced the developer; Maydan now supplies the project name, location, uses and contact details needed for consideration. The campaign moves the conversation forward while maintaining a clear relationship between developer and destination. Its effectiveness will depend on whether that recognition leads audiences to seek the details behind the positioning.
