SOUEAST S08: How a Mega Hoarding Turns OOH Into a Sales Pitch

SOUEAST officially launched in the UAE in January 2025 through its exclusive partner, Elite Group Holding, and its showroom network expanded quickly: Sheikh Zayed Road first, then Deira in August, followed by Abu Dhabi in September. Chinese brands were gaining ground in the Emirates during the same period. An EVIS report citing AutoData Middle East put their estimated UAE market share at 15–20% in the first nine months of 2025. That’s the backdrop. Now SOUEAST’s S08 campaign takes the conversation to a mega hoarding, putting launch prices and family appeal at the centre of its sales pitch.

Launch Pricing Gives the S08 Campaign Its Commercial Focus

Two SUVs and two prices put purchase consideration at the centre of this execution: AED 99,900 for the S08 Luxury and a starting price of AED 113,500 for the S08 DM. Each model gets a clear financial reference point, giving prospective buyers something concrete to compare.

“Special Launch Price” anchors the offer, with white figures set against burnt-orange blocks. That contrast gives the numbers visual weight and separates them from the pale showroom setting behind the vehicles.

The accompanying validity line makes the offer time-bound, although its contribution to roadside urgency depends on whether viewers can read it at distance. The larger prices carry the immediate message; the smaller terms provide the conditions behind it.

The vehicles introduce the range, while the figures give potential buyers a reason to investigate further. Awareness remains part of that exchange, but the creative supplies a clear next step beyond recognising the badge: considering a specific model at an advertised price.

“Your Family Deserves” Gives the Price an Emotional Context

“The Premium 7-Seater Your Family Deserves” frames the offer around a household benefit. Seven seats establish the practical proposition. “Premium” adds aspiration, while “deserves” presents that aspiration as earned comfort.

The combination matters. A price can make a vehicle accessible enough to consider; a family-led headline can help explain why it is worth considering. Here, the two messages support the same decision from different directions.

“Premium” remains the advertiser’s positioning claim. The creative reinforces it through a polished setting and spacious composition, leaving specifications and the ownership experience for buyers to assess beyond the billboard.

A Showroom Floor, Rebuilt at Roadside Scale

Both vehicles appear in a bright showroom environment, with reflections beneath them creating a clean, controlled presentation. A woman in a flowing red abaya adds a human presence, while the extended fabric sweeps across the composition and visually connects the cars.

That ribbon of colour gives the eye a route through the execution. The S08 Luxury occupies the left, while the S08 DM appears on the right with its own price and a charging point beside it. The charging cue helps distinguish the second vehicle without adding another substantial block of explanatory copy.

The family proposition comes most clearly from the headline and seven-seat offer. The figure contributes movement and lifestyle context to an otherwise product-led layout.

How SOUEAST Uses OOH to Support Purchase Consideration

The wide format gives the campaign room to separate the vehicles while retaining a shared identity. Its effectiveness depends on preserving that hierarchy: recognisable models, prominent prices and a family message that connects them.

SOUEAST’s execution offers a useful lesson in presenting choice on OOH. Each model receives a price viewers can retain, while the shared headline gives both a common purpose. The board puts a family aspiration and two financial reference points into the same glance, giving prospective buyers a clear starting point for further research.
