12 STOREEZ Introduces Its New City Centre Mirdif Store Through Dubai OOH
12 STOREEZ is using Dubai OOH to do something unusually simple for fashion retail: make the store opening itself the campaign.
The brand has brought its new City Centre Mirdif location to Dubai’s outdoor landscape through a uni-pole execution spotted during the first week of September 2026. There is no collection launch, promotional price or seasonal offer competing for attention. The message is simply that 12 STOREEZ has another Dubai address.
A Store Opening Without the Usual Retail Noise
The creative stays firmly within 12 STOREEZ’s understated visual language. A woman dressed in deep blue occupies one side of the billboard against a muted coastal backdrop, while the opposite side leaves generous space for the brand name and the direct announcement: “NOW AT CITY CENTER MIRDIF.”
Soft grey-blue tones, restrained typography and minimal copy keep the execution closer to fashion advertising than conventional retail signage.
That restraint is what gives the campaign its clarity. Instead of filling the format with offers, product shots or multiple calls to action, 12 STOREEZ reduces the communication to three things: brand, location and availability.
For a roadside format, that simplicity matters. The audience does not need to decode a broader campaign narrative. The new address is the takeaway.
The Location Becomes the Campaign Asset
The most strategic detail sits at the bottom of the billboard.
Alongside City Centre Mirdif, the creative names Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Palm Jumeirah Mall, turning the execution from a standalone store announcement into a compact statement about the brand’s growing physical presence in Dubai.
Those locations do more than tell consumers where to shop. They work as evidence of scale.
Instead of saying that 12 STOREEZ is expanding, the billboard shows it through its retail footprint. City Centre Mirdif becomes the newest addition to an already established network of Dubai stores.
That makes the location itself part of the brand message.
From Dubai Mall to a Wider Dubai Footprint
The campaign arrives three years after 12 STOREEZ opened its first Dubai store at Dubai Mall in June 2023. The brand later expanded to Dubai Marina Mall and Nakheel Mall, now listed as Palm Jumeirah Mall, before adding City Centre Mirdif to its portfolio in 2026.
Seen in that context, the uni-pole does more than announce another opening. It marks the next stage of a physical retail expansion that has steadily widened the brand’s reach across Dubai.
And that is where the campaign becomes stronger than its minimalism initially suggests.
12 STOREEZ is not asking OOH to sell a dress, a collection or a discount. It is using the medium to sell presence.
City Centre Mirdif is the newest proof that the brand is becoming easier to find across Dubai.
