IPS is making its presence impossible to miss across the UAE, turning major highways into a stage for one of the region's premier property events. The new IPS OOH campaign went live on the UAE's digital screens in the fourth week of August, giving the event a runway of visibility ahead of its September dates.

A Bold Canvas Across UAE Highways

Holding viewers' attention across major highways, the visual canvas relies on a deep teal gradient that cuts cleanly through the intensity of Middle Eastern daylight. At its center, the modern isometric IPS logo pairs with large white typography declaring "LARGEST REAL ESTATE SHOW." The claim is direct, delivering its value proposition to passing motorists in a fraction of a second without crowding the visual field, a restraint that matters more on a highway than in a boardroom, where attention is measured in seconds, not minutes.

Guiding the Eye From Curiosity to Action

Every design choice in the composition earns its place. Positioned at the top left, a red diagonal ribbon bearing "VISIT US" breaks the cool palette with a deliberate pop of energy, echoing the feel of a ticket or a call to action rather than a static label. Opposite it, in the upper right corner, sits the official emblem of the Dubai Land Department, a quiet but important detail. For an event built around attracting global investors, institutional credibility carries as much weight as visual impact, and the DLD emblem does that work without needing its own line of copy.

Event Details That Convert Roadside Attention

At the base of the board, the essential details, the 7 to 9 September dates and the Dubai World Trade Center location, sit in clean, legible typography. That placement is what turns the IPS real estate show campaign from a brand impression into an actionable prompt. A commuter doesn't need to remember the name later or search for it afterward; the date, the venue, and the call to action are all delivered in the same three-second glance that first caught their eye.

Why the Timing Works

Running the campaign through the final week of August positions it deliberately ahead of the event itself, giving the message time to build familiarity before the show opens its doors. It's a pattern increasingly common among major property and investment events in the UAE. Strategic Holding took a similar approach with its own International Property Show campaign on Dubai's digital out-of-home screens, building visibility in the weeks before the event rather than concentrating exposure only around the dates themselves.
