Nissan Magnite Owns Cairo's Scene with Yasmina El-Abd and Ahmed Ghozzi
Two Faces, One Scene
Nissan's Magnite campaign in Egypt returns to Cairo's roads with a two-panel creative that splits its story between glamour and grit. Months after the automaker turned the city's billboards into a moving showcase of power and presence, Nissan Magnite: Own the Scene arrives as a tighter, character-driven follow-up, trading a single sweeping narrative for two contrasting faces of the same idea, with a die-cut extension pushing the Magnite past the billboard's own edges to make sure it's the first thing anyone sees.
The Rooftop: Yasmina El Abd
One panel belongs to Yasmina El Abd, caught mid-selfie on a sunlit rooftop, black cutout dress and a red Magnite framed behind her like a backdrop she's chosen on purpose. The composition reads less like an ad and more like a moment she's documenting for herself, which is precisely the point: the car isn't being sold to her, it's already part of her scene.
The Desert: Ahmed Ghozzi
The second panel hands the same tagline to Ahmed Ghozzi, staged against a hazy desert horizon with Giza's pyramids in the distance and a blue Magnite parked in the foreground. His pose leans cinematic, part action still, part fashion shoot, giving the SUV a different register entirely: adventure over aesthetics, motion over stillness.
Why the Split Works
Pairing one persona to a fashion-forward rooftop and another to a desert action frame is a deliberate creative concept rather than a coincidence of casting. Al Abd's rooftop and Ghozzi's desert don't compete for the same audience; they widen the net, letting the Magnite speak to whoever's watching, whichever billboard they happen to pass.
Own the Scene ties both halves together, turning a compact SUV into a proposition about ownership itself: of a look, a moment, a skyline.
The Nissan Magnite launched in India in December 2020 as model code DD0, built on the Renault-Nissan Alliance's CMF-A+ platform, the same architecture underpinning the Renault Kiger and Triber.
