Top 5 Campaigns
1. Sira Community
Miqaat Developments has taken its Sira Community campaign to Cairo’s OOH landscape with a warm, lifestyle-driven approach built around the Arabic slogan “Anta Wa Man Tohib,” meaning “You and your loved ones.” Rather than speaking directly to a defined real estate audience, the campaign leaves “loved ones” open to interpretation, allowing couples, families, friends, and even pet owners to see themselves within the message. This inclusive positioning is brought to life through a series of intimate, editorial-style visuals featuring different relationship dynamics, from newlyweds and parents to friends celebrating together, creating a sense of belonging without becoming overly sentimental. Developed by Acadio as part of its “Art of Acadio” creative philosophy, the campaign also relies entirely on Arabic copy, reinforcing cultural relevance and making the communication feel more natural to Egyptian audiences. The visual language combines clean layouts with contemporary imagery to move away from conventional property advertising and focus instead on the emotional life a community can enable. Concentrated along 90 Street in East Cairo, the campaign benefits from high visibility among an audience closely aligned with Sira Community’s targeted lifestyle and purchasing profile. The result positions Sira Community not simply as another residential development, but as a place designed around the people and relationships that make life feel meaningful.

2. Sumou Boulevard
Sumou Boulevard’s new billboard campaign cuts through Cairo’s visual noise with a striking deep-blue canvas, a softened cityscape in the background, and bold, centred typography that immediately commands attention with a calm, confident presence. Rather than competing for attention through visual overload, the campaign takes the opposite approach, using simplicity to make its message more memorable. The deep-blue background dominates each billboard, while an almost abstract view of Cairo sits quietly behind the project name, “Sumou Blvd.” At the centre, the supporting line “Cairo’s Future” reinforces the campaign’s forward-looking proposition, with the Arabic version repeated below to ensure the message remains accessible and locally relevant. The restrained visual language creates a sense of stillness, allowing the cityscape to function as more than a backdrop: it suggests a city still taking shape, reflecting Sumou Boulevard’s positioning around what Cairo is becoming rather than what it is today. The colour palette strengthens that message, with blue communicating confidence and stability while the white typography remains instantly legible from the road. Launched by Paragon and Adeer, Sumou Boulevard is positioned as a mixed-use urban destination in New Cairo’s Mostakbal City, giving the campaign an added layer of credibility and brand recognition. In a market crowded with competing messages, Sumou Boulevard proves that sometimes the strongest OOH statement is the one that knows when to stay quiet.

3. Livyn
Nakheel Developments’ latest OOH campaign for LIVYN reinforces a growing truth in real estate marketing: buyers are not simply purchasing square metres, payment plans, or amenities, but a lifestyle and the experience that comes with it. Building on more than 15 years of developing and marketing projects in the UAE, as well as its previous OOH work for Ojal in the New Administrative Capital, Nakheel enters its latest campaign with a clear experience-led proposition centred on calmness, tranquillity, and a more balanced way of living. The creative brings that idea to life through vibrant yet carefully balanced colours and an image of a relaxed woman surrounded by greenery, immediately communicating the project’s peaceful positioning. A bold red panel frames the main message, while the project name appears in striking lemon yellow, creating strong contrast and ensuring instant readability from the road. The headline, “A Lasting Rhythm,” captures the campaign’s emotional proposition, while practical details such as “Directly on ElSuez Road,” starting prices from EGP 3 million, and a contact number provide the information needed to move audiences from awareness towards consideration. Placement further strengthens the strategy, with the billboards positioned along key routes to and from Al Tagamoa, putting the campaign directly in the path of its intended audience. By combining emotional storytelling, functional messaging, and strategic media placement, Nakheel demonstrates how real estate OOH can sell more than property; it can sell a way of life.

4. New Event Developments
New Event Developments has taken to Egypt’s major roads with a teaser-led OOH campaign announcing the upcoming launch of a new project in R8 of the New Administrative Capital. Built around the simple “LAUNCHING SOON” message, the campaign keeps the project intentionally under wraps while introducing key identifiers such as “New Capital – R8” and “Egypt – KSA,” hinting at the developer’s broader expansion ambitions. The creative follows a split-screen layout, pairing a dark, text-heavy panel with bold, sans-serif typography against a stylised close-up portrait of a woman rendered in warm tones. The restrained copy, dark gradients, and clean visual treatment create a modern, corporate aesthetic designed for quick recognition in a high-speed OOH environment. The portrait, however, introduces a more aspirational layer without clearly connecting the model to the development, its architecture, lifestyle, or community, making the visual feel more attention-led than story-driven. This creates a contrast between the campaign’s clear teaser messaging and a visual element whose role remains open to interpretation. Strategically, the campaign benefits from placement across major highways and arterial roads, allowing repeated exposure to commuters and building early awareness ahead of the official launch. Overall, New Event Developments adopts a familiar real estate teaser formula that prioritises scale, simplicity, and anticipation. As the campaign develops, revealing more about the project’s proposition could give its visual language greater context and strengthen the connection between the creative and the development itself.

5. Alfath Group (AFG)
Alfath Group (AFG) has taken a brand-led approach to its latest OOH campaign in Cairo, shifting the conversation away from individual projects and payment plans to focus on the developer’s long-standing presence in Egypt’s real estate market. Built around the message “We have been developing integrated communities since 1990,” the campaign uses continuity and experience as its core positioning, reinforcing AFG’s heritage and aiming to build trust in a category where longevity can be a powerful credibility driver. The visual identity follows the same understated direction, with neutral beige backgrounds, deep navy typography, and the AFG monogram creating a refined, institutional look that stands apart from the brighter, more promotional aesthetics common across real estate OOH. The use of a serif treatment for the logo further reinforces a sense of heritage and establishment, while large, uncluttered typography ensures the message remains instantly readable across Cairo’s busy roads, bridges, and traffic corridors. Some executions rely almost entirely on the logo and tagline as a straightforward brand-recall exercise, while others introduce aerial imagery of residential developments to strengthen the connection to AFG’s core business. The strategy is clear and consistent, but its reliance on the broad idea of “integrated communities” leaves limited room to communicate what differentiates the developer’s offering today. Ultimately, the campaign positions AFG as an established and dependable player, using history as a foundation for trust while leaving its next chapter of relevance open to interpretation.
