How Baskin-Robbins Turned UAE's Hottest Commute Into a Craving

Advertising ice cream well means doing three things at once: letting people taste it on the go, notice the texture, and feel the urge build before they've even had a bite. For the second time in 2026, Baskin-Robbins understood the assignment.

Custard Puffs, Baskin-Robbins' new product, hit the streets of the UAE leaning on two things: crisp photography and the product's own name, both doing the work of turning interest into conversion, with the region's heat closing the loop.

For a commuter moving through one of the hottest regions on earth in summer, the sight of ice cream isn't indulgence; it's relief, something the mind genuinely needs to cool off, and it lands even harder dressed in a mouthwatering custard finish.

The price sits underneath, with the Baskin-Robbins logo anchoring both corners, a visual language built for the subconscious rather than the conscious mind. The image files itself away in memory, waiting for a second visual cue to bring it back, build urgency, and convert.

The campaign runs on a single creative, distributed across lampposts and digital assets along the UAE's major routes. If the craving doesn't hit the first time, it won't miss the second- on the way to work, on the way home- at some point this ice cream lands, and it stays.
