Leaders Developments Teases an Upcoming October Gardens Project Across Cairo’s Billboards
Leaders Developments has come up with a new out-of-home teaser for the developer’s next project in October Gardens. The real estate campaign is being rolled out in the form of two billboards on key streets across the city, after their previous Cairo campaign.
While the conventional strategy in such campaigns would be to present renderings and specifications of the upcoming project, in this case, a minimum of copy coupled with lifestyle-oriented visuals is used to tease the audience about an upcoming launch without giving away any information. The draping of fabric in a very subtle way connects both billboards visually and emphasizes the idea of “a new chapter”.
While the first billboard has the line “People First & Forward” accompanied by a picture of a family walking through an open landscape, the other one carries the line “A New Chapter Begins Soon” in connection with October Gardens. The flowers, the greenery, and the presence of family emphasize the essence of their upcoming development and build interest.
The visual style of this campaign is marked by the use of subtle sky blue color schemes with neutrals and soft lighting, dotted by a sprinkle of red through the florals. Draped fabric is one of the repeated visual elements found in both visuals, which adds consistency to the overall campaign, emphasizing the “new chapter” concept. Through the use of lifestyle visuals and little copy, this allows the teaser message to stand out.
The family-related visuals used in the campaign reflect the broader positioning of the company under the slogan “People First & Forward,” where the focus is more on the people who would inhabit these spaces rather than on the development itself. The lack of information makes the teaser campaign create anticipation of the upcoming reveal of the October Gardens project.
