La Courbe has rolled out a fresh out-of-home marketing campaign in Cairo aimed at introducing a new residential complex to potential homebuyers in the city through a succinct and benefit-oriented message. Featured on uni-pole billboards, the advertising campaign juxtaposes architectural imagery and a straightforward payment plan, specifically highlighting 12 percent down payment and 12 years of equal payments.

The main element of the advertising is the image of La Courbe's residential buildings, giving viewers a hint about the unique architectural design of the project. Inspired by the Korba district of Cairo, the residential development represents a reinterpretation of the district's European-style architecture and timeless urban atmosphere in a contemporary residential neighborhood of 6th of October City.
