The campaign's messaging begins with the project's name itself, with the "90" in 90 Gate serving as a reference to its location on 90 Street in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. Moving on to the visuals, the campaign immediately conveyed a sense of luxury through a clean white backdrop that remained consistent across the various executions. This premium positioning was reinforced by a restrained "less is more" creative approach, a direction commonly associated with luxury real estate advertising, where simplicity often conveys exclusivity and confidence.
As for the imagery, the executions focused on showcasing the lifestyle and amenities that will be available within the development.
