By using this new out-of-home campaign in Cairo, Asaal Developments aims to present the concept of Matajer West with a set of images all conveying a single concept: a destination that aims to make a brand more distinctive.

Matajer Mall is planned to become a commercial destination located at the Central Axis in 6th of October City and is aimed at combining three key components: shopping, dining, and leisure all in one place. Instead of general concepts and ideas that have little to do with reality, this real estate campaign presents physical aspects of the future project, much like Asaal Developments' previous OOH campaign for Spade.

By using different executions, the images emphasize the following key points: the height of the shops can be up to 12 meters, the street width is up to 15 meters and the integration of six commercial markets into one destination. In other words, all these features demonstrate a development focused on accessibility, exposure and movement.

The architectural renders become the main part of the whole campaign. The images feature the following characteristics: large glass facades, spacious walkways and modern design elements of the destination, along with the ad copy, an Egyptian expression meaning something is right out in the open or front and center. 

The campaign also attaches great significance to the aspect of scale. From the size of the storefronts, the width of the streets to the entire project layout, Matajer West is shown to be a project that will create visibility at all points.

The destination-based qualities in the marketing campaign allow Asaal Developments to sell Matajer West not just as a series of retail stores but as a commercial setting that creates an experience through design and visibility.

As the campaign progresses through Cairo’s out-of-home advertising scene, the message that is relayed is clear: Matajer West is being developed for visibility.
