Darak Group has emerged on Cairo's streetscapes through a minimalist approach to the real estate sector with one powerful headline: “Setting Higher Standards.” 

Found on various billboards along the roads, Darak Developments has decided to convey their marketing message through brand positioning, where the logo appears alongside a dark background texture with a hand above it as if to emphasize the notion of elevation.

The campaign comes at a time when there appears to be a marked change in approach towards outdoor advertising in relation to real estate brands. Within the last year, we’re seeing more branding-led campaigns that prioritize identity, positioning, and long-term perception

The hand gesture becomes a metaphor for all three things – for measurement, hierarchy, and elevation. Used together with the slogan "Setting Higher Standards," the gesture makes Darak seem like a developer who values honesty above everything else and believes that it can be shown through subtle communication techniques.

Choosing a corporate message over a message that focuses solely on the development in question, the company is now entering the discussion on out-of-home advertising with a stronger emphasis on its overall brand image.
