Omniyat is back on Dubai's digital out-of-home landscape, and the new campaign wastes no time stating its intent. Promoting Marasi Bay, the developer's waterfront flagship, the creative runs across digital screens in Dubai and leans fully into the project's visual language — glass towers rising above still water, lush greenery framing the shoreline, and a skyline that reads less like construction and more like a curated horizon.

The tagline is spare and confident: A Destination of Distinction. Four words that carry the full weight of Omniyat's positioning — a brand that has never competed on volume, only on calibre. Marasi Bay, set along the Dubai Canal, is built around that same logic: a mixed-use waterfront community designed to feel inevitable rather than aspirational.

What makes the screen choice deliberate is the format. Displayed on a signature curved DOOH unit by Pixels World, the creative benefits from the structure's sculpted silhouette — the rounded edges of the screen echo the fluid geometry of the towers themselves, creating an almost seamless relationship between medium and message.

This follows Omniyat's twentieth anniversary campaign late last year, which used DOOH to celebrate the brand's legacy across the UAE. Where that campaign looked inward, Marasi Bay looks forward — a shift from reflection to projection. On Dubai's streets, Omniyat isn't asking to be noticed. It's simply reminding the city what distinction looks like.
