Layan is the newest residential district within Arada's Masaar community, a forest-themed master development that has emerged as one of Sharjah's most successful housing projects. Positioned around nature, wellness, and family living, the development continues Masaar's vision of forest-inspired living through a collection of villas and townhouses set within a heavily landscaped environment. As competition across the UAE's residential market increasingly shifts from selling homes to selling lifestyles, Arada has returned to Dubai's Out-of-Home landscape with a campaign introducing Layan to a wider audience, building on the recognition already established by the broader Masaar brand. The rollout follows the developer's previous campaign for Saro, another residential district within the community, reinforcing Arada's long-term strategy of promoting Masaar as a lifestyle destination rather than a conventional housing development.

The creative direction, deployed across digital screens and hoardings throughout Dubai, carried forward the narrative established by earlier Masaar campaigns by placing Layan’s forest-inspired living at the forefront. In a market where residential advertising frequently revolves around waterfront views, skyline living, and luxury amenities, Arada has continued to differentiate Masaar through a lifestyle proposition centered on nature, wellness, and outdoor connectivity, giving the development a more distinctive identity within an increasingly crowded property landscape. 

Arada's latest campaign for Layan continues the formula that has helped define the Masaar brand, focusing on a differentiated lifestyle proposition in a fiercely competitive residential market by positioning living as something rooted in nature, wellbeing, and everyday balance.

The campaign launched on hoardings and digital screens in Dubai in the second week of May.
