SODIC has resurfaced in Egypt’s out-of-home advertising with a launch campaign for Botanica Town, a new phase of its Ogami development in North Coast. Found in high footfall areas in Cairo, the new campaign promotes the launch of Botanica Town via an impactful billboard that carries the straight-to-the-point messaging "Now Launching Botanica Town”, after their last OOH pop-up.

As part of its growing Ogami complex, Botanica Town is introduced as a luxurious housing community comprising premium chalets, offering residents a high-end coastal lifestyle. Instead of going into technicalities, the objective of this launch campaign is to simply raise awareness about the upcoming product and its inclusion within the ongoing Ogami master plan.

Graphically speaking, the artwork of the creative takes inspiration from the luxury of the development and employs architectural visuals and warm colors as a reflection of the same. The earthy tone of the facade, the florals, the curves and landscaped surroundings featured in the artwork make for a strong visual appeal, especially considering how it would stand out against the desert landscape, more so when viewed on a large format.

In terms of placement strategy, we see the presence of the billboard ads in strategic road side locations in Cairo.
