Symbolic Zen Residences Pushes a Dual-Incentive Message Across Dubai’s Roads
Dubai real estate billboards are rarely subtle, and Symbolic Zen Residences’ latest hoarding in Al Furjan feeds directly into that market logic with a very clear proposition: “One Investment, Two Keys.”
The campaign, which is situated on one of Dubai’s busy road networks, advertises Symbolic Zen Residences, while at the same time, promotes a Jetour T2 vehicle that comes along with each booked unit. The billboard makes the offer the centrepiece of the communication strategy, transforming the incentive into the campaign’s main visual hook.
The layout is divided into three focal points: the rendering of the residential tower, the oversized offer typography and the SUV in the foreground with a ribbon on top. The hierarchy is straight and intentionally transactional.

The campaign is slick and luxurious in its use of white space, gold typography and neutral tones. The tower render is against a soft skyline gradient. the metallic gold accents are meant to underpin the premium positioning of the project. Simultaneously, the vehicle addition shifts the tone a bit from aspirational real estate branding to a more promotional tone, combining cues of luxury with a sales-driven approach.
The bilingual execution is also impressive. Arabic and English are given equal visual weight, allowing the campaign to reach Dubai’s mixed demographic audience without privileging one language over the other. The upper corner “exclusive offer” badge adds a sense of urgency to the listing, almost like a retail campaign mechanic translated to real estate.
The hoarding takes a pragmatic, simple approach to communication, rather than creating a heavy emotional story around wellness or “Zen” living. In a marketplace where most developments compete on lifestyle abstraction and cinematic renders, Symbolic Zen Residences instead reintroduces the conversation to instant value and real incentives.
The campaign flew over Dubai’s hoardings in the first week of May.
