Centrada Developments Strengthens Market Positioning with OOH
Centrada Rise has officially taken over Cairo’s most strategic corridors, commanding attention with a visual language that feels more like a fashion editorial than a traditional real estate advertisement.
The campaign breaks through the usual clutter of property renderings by placing a modern, fashion-forward figure at its center. A man poised atop a skateboard, dressed in striking red trousers and rugged boots, gazing upward toward an unseen horizon. This choice of "street-style" imagery immediately signals a shift toward a younger, more dynamic demographic, positioning Centrada Rise Mall as not just a mixed-use development, but as a lifestyle destination that mirrors the movement and ambition of 6th of October City’s evolving audience.
The brilliance of this advertising lies in how skillfully negative space and contrasting colors have been incorporated into it. In contrast to the pure white background, the big, handwritten "Rise," painted in red, seems to take up all the space on the billboard while symbolizing an upward movement of the company. Another aspect which makes these images more memorable is a background scene where several birds lift off the ground, symbolizing investors' potential for soaring heights thanks to the new project. This approach has worked well for Centrada because it has shifted the attention from the usual buildings towards the idea of rising above everything else in its niche.
The layout and colors of the advertisements play a vital role in how successful they are at grabbing people's attention. For instance, the bottom corners, which contain the "Narrative Communities" logo and the "16634" number, are not distracting because they only occupy small areas on the image. At the same time, it is easy to notice other important elements such as the logo of Centrada Developments.
