Egyptian developer Better Home has launched an OOH campaign to announce a new phase at their residential project Midtown in the New Administrative Capital.
The recently-launched outdoor campaign features a new visual style, based on black, red and white colors just like the Egyptian flag. Over partitioned backgrounds, the developer announces the launch of the new phase “Condo” with ad copy that describes it as “Apartments & Penthouses”. Supplementary ad copy informs viewers that the previous phases are sold out under the puzzling slogan “Because one is not enough at New Capital”
Launched during the first week of August, the campaign uses uni-poles, billboards, mega signs, double-decker poles, and T-Poles, as well as gates and serials of great visibility across the Greater Cairo.
