Dubai’s Billboards Sing as Dubai Calendar Turns Highways into a Stage for Josh Groban
Dubai Calendar’s new Gems World Tour 2026 announcement billboards make being noticed look effortless, commanding attention from the very first glance.
Following their prior appearance, the new campaign billboards host a dark, stage-like backdrop with a sharp burst of color, drawing the eye straight to Josh Groban caught mid-performance.
At the center of the image is Josh Groban, mid-performance, as if the image was snapped at a moment of emotional release. The image is chosen to represent the experience of the show, no static image of the artist or the tour in sight; just the show itself. The latter is a way of communicating to the viewer what the experience will be like: the power of the voice, the emotional connection, the scale of the experience beyond the confines of the stage or the theater. Josh Groban is known for his broad musical style and his tours around the world, so the experience is built around the emotional connection to the music.
“GEMS WORLD TOUR 2026” is noted in bold without being overpowering, allowing the name of the artist to be prominent, as it should be. “27 March” and “Coca-Cola Arena” are clear and easily readable at a glance, balancing the flair with functionality, the when and where.
The Dubai Calendar header sits at the center of it all, bringing the entire execution together as it turns the billboard from a single event ad into something more as part of a larger cultural conversation.
The new campaign took off on UAE’s digital screens in the first week of March
