Residential Meets Retail: EDIC Reveals Ciervo and Celestia on Zayed’s OOH Landscape
EDIC Developments has returned to dominate the streets of West Cairo. After last month’s minimalist campaign, the developer has flipped the creative direction entirely, opting for spectacle to introduce Ciervo and Celestia, its newest residential and retail projects.
The campaign dominated West Cairo, taking over the skylines of Waslet Dahshour, the 26th of July Corridor, and Wahat Road, three of the busiest motorways in western Cairo, strategically targeting the Zayed audience. To reinforce its presence, the rollout combined both digital and static formats, a mix designed to maximize visibility and audience engagement.
The creative direction split attention between their two key projects: Ciervo, a luxury serviced villa compound, and Celestia Mall, a dedicated commercial hub for the gold and jewelry sector. Ciervo’s visuals offered a glimpse of what EDIC calls the “5-star life,” highlighting the amenities of its brand-new villa compound. Celestia’s visuals delivered a bold statement: “The gold scene moves to Zayed.”
while also showcasing the design and scope of the upcoming gold and jewelry trade center. Presented as a dual launch, the campaign positions both developments as defining landmarks for West Cairo’s evolving landscape. With “Launching Now” featured across both visuals, EDIC reinforced confidence among Zayed’s audience in its ability to move beyond spectacle and deliver tangible developments.
EDIC Developments took over West Cairo’s D/OOH in style, pairing widespread placements with bold visuals and confident copy. Together, the elements position the campaign as a clear statement of intent within the West Cairo real estate landscape.
