Mountain View, Egypt’s first and only experience focused real estate developer is launching its newly curated project Grand Valleys on OOH. This campaign follows Mountain View’s participation in the Jirian campaign that just launched in April 2025.

Grand Valleys is a novel signature community, introducing early delivery and ready delivery of Fully-finished Villas with panoramic scenery from all units. This project is strategically set in Kayan City, East Cairo, with accessibility to main roads: 5min to South 90st, 7mins to MV HP, and 10 mins to Sokhna road (to be iconized).

In terms of the billboard design, the campaign beautifully displays a scenery of valleys with vibrant colours in the background , The Grand Valleys logo is centered , written in a neat and slender font symbolizing the identity of the community. In the top center, launching soon in East Cairo is mentioned along with Mountain View’s logo and at the bottom is the slogan 'Delivering reality’, logo of the project partner, Kayan City by STM Investment  is present too .

Overall, the campaign is using a unique message speaking to people who wait for every moment in their lives and tackles one of the main setbacks of any potential unit owner, which is Late delivery.
