El Mehwar TV has taken over Cairo’s highways with a striking new OOH campaign for Ramadan 2025. This isn’t the first time El Mehwar takes over Cairo’s streets like this.Their last big campaign was back on April 7, teasing upcoming projects. But this time, it’s bigger, sharper, and clearly aimed at owning the Ramadan TV season before it even starts. What makes these billboards stand out isn’t just how many there are — but how sleek and cinematic they look. Each series has its own dedicated space, but they all follow one visual language: dark blue and gold backgrounds, sharp lighting on the actors, and zero extra noise. Just the title, the channel logo, and the stars' faces — a lineup of Egypt’s biggest names. You’ll spot Ahmed Abdelaziz, Rania Youssef, Salah Abdallah, Malak Koura on Gareemat Montasaf Al Leil, Mervat Amin, Mahmoud Abdel Moghny, Reem Al Baroudi, Tamer Abdel Moneim for Gooma, Riham Hagag, Ahmed Magdy, Omar El Saeed, Nabil Issa in Athena, and Hussein Fahmy, Khaled Selim, Mais Hamdan, Reham Saeid in Tareeq El Bedaya. There’s also Basma Wahba starring in Al Earaafa, and the all-women powerhouse cast of Banat Hammam — Wafaa Amer, Horeya Farghaly, Mohamed Abd El Azim, Monzer Reyehana, Ahmed Abdallah Mahmoud, Ashraf Meselhy. Not to mention Hesbet Omry, led by Rogena, Amr Abdul Gelil, Ali Al Tayeb, Mahmoud Al Bezzawy, and Mohamed Radwan. The whole campaign feels more like movie posters than TV show ads — minimal text, moody colors, and serious expressions — giving off real drama and mystery. It's clear El Mehwar is positioning itself as a heavyweight this Ramadan, and by the looks of Cairo’s streets, they’re already winning the first round.
