INSITE OOH Media Platform

Al Marasem Developments has released an OOH campaign promoting their offering of streamlined tranquility called Mar Ville in New Zayed and this follows this project’s previous appearance in November 2023. 

With endless streams of water bodies and endless possibilities, a meticulously designed project  that offers more than just bricks and concrete, the project offers a harmonious symphony of architecture and the lush tapestry of the outdoors. An idyllic haven in one of the most coveted locations in west Cairo, where tranquility and privacy coalesce in a masterpiece of design. The project has a 1.8-kilometer lake running through 111 acres of land which is an absolute paradise, with a promising stance the project holds true to providing a sanctuary rather than just a residence. 

The visuals are very lush in calming colors with visuals picturized illustration that help imagine the first-person perspective of being in the middle of this project. The pictures used are a visualization of the project from a high looking down perspective that shows the vastness and the amazing contrast of both vegetation and bodies of water. The colors used bring such tranquility to both the eyes and heart as the usage of the colors blue and green bring a soothing, calming effect to the ad copy all while having the main tagline centralized as the main focus of the ad “Endless Waters” and their hotline for any further inquiries.
