Living Yards a proud developments entity has released an OOH campaign promoting their new offering which is Solay as the company’s many concern was always to create a specialized customized real estate opportunities this continues with this one that is located in new cairo and is launching now and this follows their previous appearance in October 2024.
The entity has multiple projects that all serve the main purpose of having a customized rooster of real estate opportunity these projects are all in cohesion when it comes to unity however the project at hand is Solay which is presented to be more than just a residential area it serves more as a sanctuary built on 31 acres of land that seemingly integrates both city life and vast green areas to bring the best of both worlds at one destination. With an impressive 80% of the project's area dedicated to greenery the other 20% is dedicated for both residential and commercial opportunity.
