Sodic Developments, a major Egyptian real estate company, is about to introduce a new development called Hazel in New Heliopolis. This project is being advertised throughout Cairo and aims to offer residents a modern, well-connected lifestyle. Hazel is a carefully designed community that’s perfect for families who want a tranquil and modern lifestyle. It’s located in a convenient spot that offers easy access to the city, but also provides a quiet and peaceful environment. Sodic East’s prior successful OOH campaign was 7 months ago and used the main tagline “New Beginnings” while also highlighting that Sodic East’s project is in New Heliopolis. The previous campaign was probably preparing Greater Cairo’s OOH audience for the launch of Hazel making it a teaser campaign. Hazel has a lot of green areas and parks. It offers different types of homes, including standalone villain twin houses, and townhouses. There are 117 units that are fully finished. One of its best features is its location. It is near the Ismailia-Suez Road, facing the New Administrative Capital and Madinaty, and close to the Regional Ring Road. The main tagline used in the campaign is “Life in the Heart of Nature” portraying Bougainvillea flowers hanging down from the right side of the billboard, symbolizing that the development has a lot of open green spaces. The campaign also highlights that Hazel is “Now Launching,” while prominently displaying Sodic East’s logo and pointing out that it resides in New Heliopolis. The red Bougainvillea flowers are popular and are often used in landscaping and gardening. The background of the campaign is gray and in advertising color psychology gray is a neutral color that has a stabilizing, claiming, and relaxing effect. It reflects reliability, maturity and intellect making it a suitable color for the project launch. Looking for more information about this campaign?
