Egyptian real estate developer LA VISTA Developments has launched an outdoor branding campaign that looks pretty much like a teaser. Over a night image of the Delta region, the ads feature the logo and hotline of the developer with the quizzical ad copy “12+16” – which probably refers to the upcoming payment conditions of their new project in Ain Sokhna. The campaign started to spread during the first week of April and can be seen on highly strategic locations with large-format OOH and serial combinations of great visibility.
