Following their prior appearance last winter, the new campaign holds the catchy tagline of "Live Next Door to Global Superstar Jason Derulo known for his chart-topping hits, Derulo permits glitz and glamor, as seen in the outdoor ads, with a striking visual of the artist together with a sleek and modern representation of the Sky Vista skyscraper. The image pairing reinforces the campaign message: to live at Sky Vista is to be part of a vibrant community, which happens, oh-so-coincidentally, to include the world's most famous entertainer. The ad copy also notes "Live Luxury Be My Neghbour" in the voice of Jason Derulo himself, encouraging passersby to share his home.
