Vodafone recommends Mata’atesh on the billboards of Greater Cairo

New OOH campaign from Vodafone Egypt recommends Mata’atesh – a new campaign from the brand which seems to be spending a busy summer synchronizing several campaigns at the same time.
With the sense of humor that is common to the telecom operator’s campaigns, the ad copy recommends viewers not to talk about football so as not to jinx the team’s efforts in the qualifying stage for 2018 FIFA World Cup – a reference to the popular phrase so deeply rooted in Egyptian culture “mata’atesh”. The background showcases the monochrome drawing of a football field with several football motifs, such as football boots, balls, and flags.
An upgraded version of the campaign, that has recently appeared in selected locations, offers an attractive recharge promotion to share with loved ones – “your team”. The ads showcase photos of renowned football and media stars, such as Seif Zaher, Medhat Shalaby, Magdi Abdelghani, Bayoumi Fouad, Saad Samir, or Amr Wahba… among many others!
The campaign uses Large and X-Large uni-poles, T-poles and Chassis and can be seen in selected locations across the Greater Cairo.
