Competitive and daring Real Estate Developer M2 has launched yet another bold outdoor campaign to advertise a special offer during the month of February. Continuing with their challenging approach in their attempt to be different, the ad copy plays with the “F word” naively with bold typo that reads “F* It’s Real”, to then announce the advantages of the offer with the message “Fully Finished. Fully Furnished. Flex. Payment Plan”. The ads alternate the ad copy with images of their first and flagship project Trio Gardens, with a tag line that reads “Real images from site”. Launched in the last days of January, the campaign goes big with mega signs, large and x-large uni-poles, double-decker poles, and gates on the main highways of Greater Cairo.
