A new OOH campaign from Safwa Urban Development announces the launch of Capital Heights, the developer’s first residential and mixed-use compound in the New Administrative Capital. The campaign features a variety of ads, with images that showcase modern apartment blocks as well as branding billboards of bright red backdrops. Under the slogan “New Capital… New Home”, the ad copy informs viewers in both, English and Arabic, of the payment conditions and home units, and announces the first aquarium of the new city. With locations on the highest-trafficked roads of Greater Cairo, the campaign was launched on 1st December and uses uni-poles, Gates, Double-decker poles, Mega signs, Lightboxes, and Serials in multiple locations across Greater Cairo.
