The property type that truly stands out in this OOH campaign is the hotel apartments. With this OOH campaign’s minimal design, there are a few focal points. The first is the name of the newest phase and where it is located; “Ojal New Capital”. The second is the property types with the font color orange reflecting the sense of enthusiasm for the development of the new units in the new phase. Lastly is the call to action by offering a very low downpayment that starts at 5%, with installment plans that can reach up to 10 years.
