Aldar's last appearance on Dubai's OOH arena concerned showcasing stunning townhouses and villas in Yas Acres, The Magnolias, however, the real estate developers are back on billboards stronger than ever with an influential and enthusiastic OOH campaign promoting Yas Island where residents can Have It All. The ad copy also highlights that people can now Own a Golf and Beachfront Home starting From AED 657K. The ad visual also uses catchy phrases such as Chill-tainment and Rel-action while portraying some of the extraordinary activities and facilities available in the residential project including; golf areas, green areas, swimming pool areas, and an open-sea view. Most of the campaign visuals use a bright red background to make a strong impression on the roads, however, the other half of the visuals use a dark blue background that uses ad copy which translates to apartments and studios with up to 3 bedrooms starting from AED 657. The red and blue colors used in the outdoor ad serve to attract the attention of onlookers and passersby. The campaign is a relatively new one that was launched during the first week of October and was widely distributed across DOOH and OOH spots across Dubai as digital screens, hoardings, and lampposts.
