After dropping four billboards with vivid colors, this cryptic teaser campaign has caused an uproar in Egypt. All the details of the campaign are hidden; the advertiser, brand and industry are unknown, so this creates an air of high anticipation around the reveal and makes people want to keep up with it. The OOH campaign follows the same style and consistent theme, which that each ad has a bright colored backdrop, with designs and doodles at the bottom, and a short sentence. The sentences included are: “J I am a healer”, “J I am a teacher”, “J I am a companion” and “J I am a champion”. “The Sea” is written on the right hand side of all the billboards. The first billboard is in an aquatic blue color, with the name “Healer”, and this fits as blue can connote healing as it has a calming, therapeutic effect. The second is a coral pink with the tag “Teacher” which is a warm, dynamic and positive color and these are all qualities that should be in a mentor. The third is an amaranth pink for the “Companion” billboard as this light shade of pink can signify love and friendship. The fourth is a tangerine orange and adds value to the “Champion” billboard, as orange is a motivational, energetic color. The artistic scribbles in each ad build a fun and creative ambiance filled to the brim with liveliness.
