Following the success of the homonymous iCity compound in Tagamoa, Egyptian Real Estate developer Mountain View has decided to do it all over again in October City, just behind the Shooting Club. Part of Egyptian Real Estate conglomerate Dar Al Mimar Group (DMG), and backed by Saudi investment firm Sisban Holding, Mountain View plans to develop a futuristic and serene compound, with a state-of-the-art community full of spacious green zones, massive parking areas and luxury housing units. Parallel to their TV commercial, the OOH campaign focuses on the branding of the project, with ads of strong golden backgrounds with bold ad copy that simply reads “Now in October”. The ads appear on uni-poles and mega-signs all across the Greater Cairo.
