Coping with the rising number of tourists in The Emirates, Emaar Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of the tycoon developer Emaar, has joined forces on an OOH campaign with ARADA Developments, a joint venture between KBW Investments and Basma Group to announce their partnership, creating Vida Residences Aljada hotel in ARADA’s flagship destination in Sharjah. The partnership is happily announced on the billboards, revealing that the 250+ hotel rooms of V Residences Aljada “Price starting from AED 657,000”, with snapshots of the exterior design of the mixed-use project. Other visuals are placed to give a hint of the good lovely times you will spend there, dining, shopping, and hanging out. The Dh24billion master community, placed in the heart of Aljada, is led by ARADA chairman, HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi. The first sales patch will include 168 apartments in the first of two Vida Residences Aljada buildings. Spotted on hoardings in Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Rd., and Al Ittihad St., and digital billboards in Al Taawun St., and Al Ittihad St. as well, the campaign was seen in the first week of December, mostly powered by TASWEEQ UAE, all happening in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
